Cancellation Policy

Directions and Parking The studio is in the garden of our home in Godmanchester You will receive the full address in your booking confirmation. The side gate will be open, please walk through and you will find the studio at the bottom of the garden where Lisa will be waiting to greet you. Please DO NOT park directly outside the house, we have a shared drive and this can block in the neighbours. There is lots of free street parking on the main stretch of Dovehouse Close, as well as Tudor Road and the surrounding streets. Do the kids need to bring anything? We supply all the material and resources needed for the art workshops, as well as aprons and gloves but we do advise the children wear old / nonprecious clothing in case they do get paint on or the like. Creative Crew Parties will not be held responsible for any staining or damages to children’s clothing. Booking and Cancellations To book on to a workshop we like to have at least 3 days notice so we can plan accordingly, for this reason we don’t accept walk ins on the day. If, for any reason, you wish to cancel your booking please text or telephone; 07890796053 or email us at creativecrewenquiries@gmail.com Unfortunately we do not offer refunds for workshops bit we can swap your place to another workshop on different date as long as we have a minimum of 48 hours notice. If less than 48 hours cancellation is given, then I’m afraid we can’t offer an alternative as the materials and planning will have already been arranged and we will not have time to offer the place to someone else. Toilets I’m afraid there isn’t a toilet available in the studio so please ensure your children go before they arrive and can last the hour without needing access to a toilet. We will have a hand-washing station in the studio for anyone who needs it.
