WATER COLOUR PINWHEEL KIT

In this kit you will have all the materials and instructions needed to create 2 beautiful, decorative pinwheels.  Use the watercolour paints included to apply colour, you can blend the paint on the paper to mix colours and create different effects. When the colours are dry you can add your metallic watercolour paint to make them extra special. Finish by punching a hole in the top to add the string and beads.  You'll end up with glorious decorations to take pride of place in your home.
